400 gr de ciocolata neagra, 100 gr unt, si o canitza mica de expresso ( cafea)Totul se pune la bain marie.Cand s-a topit toate,se adauga un galbenush de ou, rapid amalgamat.
Lasat la racit,apoi se fac bilutze,care se dau prin cacao amara...eu le-am tras prin cocos.
