1 mana buna de ciuperci taiate felioare;
1 capa babana,
2 casulete mici usturoi
ardei rosu(nu e neaparat)
3 morcovi taiati feli grosute,
3 fire de telinadaca nu aveti,merge si cu radacina;
3 feliute ardei iute taiat marunt;
1 mana de pastai
4 -5cartofi rosii ;
2 linguri pasta de rosi

Am incins 3 linguri ulei,
Prajim 5 minute la foc tare pina a devenit carnea albicioasa .
Am pus frumusel carnea intr-un vas,iar in aceeasi tava am adaugat ceapa pestisor ,usturoiul maruntit si ciupercutele....

Se mai lasa toate la fiert circa 15 minute,

dupa care intre timp am facut o ingrosala din 2 linguri rase de faina si putina apa rece
dupa cele 15 minute,am adaugat ingrosala....
marar uscat.

.Am taiat pieptul de pui patratele groase,dupa care l-am presarat cu cele 2 linguri faina.

Dupa cele 40 min,am ad. telina,morcovi,cortofi si o mana de pastai congelate

la sfirsit adaug marar uscat
asa arata dupa ce l-am terminat
