Reteta e foarte simpla.
Blat obisnuit de cacao pe care l-am prestat intr-o tava mare,iar pe urma l-am taiat in 3 parti egale pe lungime...
se insiropeaza putin cu zahar ars+apa
Crema:
ciocolata semi dulce(250 gr)+frisca lichida (250 gr)=se pune totul la fiert,pina da un clocot.Se ia jos, se lasa la rece maximu 6 ore,dupa care cu ajutorul mixerului se bate bine pina devine spumanta...se aseaza crema pe blat alternind cu zmeura..adica un strat de crema,unu de zmeura.foarte simplu si bun.
