o conserva mare de cocktail de fructe (ananas,pere,mere,struguri,cirese,papaya,mango,..)
150 g unt
150 g zahar
un praf de sare
2 oua
250 g faina
25 g nuca de cocos(Kokosraspel)
2 lingurite praf de copt
4 linguri suc de lamiie
putin unt ptr. unsul formei si putin gris ptr. tapetat forma.
Glazura:
250 g zahar praf
sucul din conserva de fructe.
Turnam continutul conservei de suc intr-o sita si lasam sa se scurga bine intru-n alt recipient. Taiem bucatile de fructe in bucatele mai mici.
INGREDIENTELE
Batem bine untul cu zaharul si praful de sare, adaugam ouale si amestecam pina s-a dizolvat zaharul complet.
Faina se amesteca cu nuca de cocos si praful de copt si se incorporeaza in amestecul din unt, zahar,ou.

Lasam in cuptorul preincalzit la o temperatura de 200°C ptr. ca. 45-50 minute.
Scoatem si lasam la racit.

Zaharul pudra il amestecam cu suc de fructe lasat din cocktail, in asa fel sa obtinem o consistenta mai vascoasa,si turnam peste prajitura.
L-am decorat cu ananas,si l-am pudrat cu zahar vaniliat.
